About this cartoon: President Trump may have outdone himself for meanness, thoughtlessness and heartlessness in his sudden, impulsive move to remove U.S. troops that helped safeguard our Kurdish allies in Syria -- the folks who defeated ISIS for us. Trump not only invited Turkey to commit wanton murder of the Kurds and showed allies that America can't be trusted, but he also caved to the interests of Russia, Iran, Syria and Turkey. And the troops he pulled weren't even sent home but instead were sent to Iraq, to safeguard oil.
